The room was absolutely amazing! It had a private plunge pool and a dedicated butler service, which made me feel so pampered. The king-sized bed was super comfortable and I loved having a Nespresso machine in the room. Plus, the view from the room was stunning, overlooking the beautiful garden hillside and the beach.

Personally, I found the television that is compatible with Google Chrome and Netflix to be a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion!

We had a fantastic stay at Vana Belle! The staff were amazing, the room was spacious and well-appointed, and the private pool added a touch of luxury. The beach location was perfect, with a quieter and more serene atmosphere. The common pool was great, and the dining options were excellent. The breakfast was absolutely wow, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch. Don't miss out on Nanci at the Spa and Jay at the Pool Bar, they truly made our vacation special!

We had an unforgettable experience at Luxury Collection in Koh Samui. The resort was well-maintained, with a clean private beach area. The Italian restaurant had an outstanding chef, and we enjoyed a memorable birthday celebration there. The managing director, Mr Ruckenbauer, led the resort with confidence and professionalism. Our supervisor, Ms. Song, was attentive, likeable, and fulfilled our every wish. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a variety of hot and cold dishes. The high-quality employees at the spa center added to our enjoyable stay.

The staff was not friendly and did not seem to care about the guests. The pool was smaller than expected and not properly maintained.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be a great stay. The location next to the beautiful beach was unbeatable. The breakfast had a wide range of hot and cold dishes, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. I especially loved the scents used in the bathroom and the attention to detail in providing an infant shower robe. Everything was impeccable, from the cleanliness of the hotel facilities to the easy parking and transportation options.

I had the most incredible experience at Vana Belle. My personal butler went above and beyond to arrange transportation and make sure all my needs were met. The view from my Ocean Pool Suite was breathtaking, and the private pool was perfect for relaxing. The activities offered, like the sunrise yacht trip, were simply astonishing. If you value privacy and a peaceful atmosphere, this is the perfect place for you. I can't wait to revisit this amazing hotel.

The food was good and the pool area was nice. The location was also great, close to the beach and shops.

The room was not clean and had a strange odor. The staff was not friendly and seemed uninterested in helping us.

Our stay at this hotel was an exceptionally luxurious and memorable experience. The exclusive amenities and superb service exceeded all our expectations. The Sauna and Spa centre were top-notch and provided the utmost relaxation and rejuvenation. The swimming pool was perfect and impeccably maintained, as were all the other exquisite facilities of the venue.

We only had one minor issue during our stay - we had a slight insect problem around the outdoor lounging area. However, the hotel staff was extremely responsive and resolved the issue promptly.

Breakfast was an absolute delight with an exquisite variety of dishes. We also enjoyed using the gym facilities and were impressed by the exceptional spa services.
